Our mission is to raise healthy flocks and produce high quality, healthy  eggs for our customers. Six Bar Ranch is a  registered packer/producer through the California Department of Agriculture.  We are a veteran owned business and proudly carry the Homegrown by Heroes label on our products. We offer home delivery to West Roseville and delivery can be reserved through our online store.  We also offer on farm pick up.

Our hens are organically fed and they free range our pastures during the day. They are regularly offered organically grown fruits and vegetables and are supplemented with organic, whole grain layer or grower feed.  We regularly supplement  feed each morning with organic herbs, garlic, and kelp.  What makes the egg yolks that beautiful orange color? The answer is "foraging." Different breeds of chickens like to forage more than others and a few of our hens prefer the organic feed over foraging so you may get the occasional vibrant bright yellow yolk. Rest assured that is still a high quality egg and the hen is still eating healthy organic feed.
